We start with whatever you have — a sketch, reference images, a mood board, or a garment you want rebuilt. There is no tech pack requirement. We talk through fit, fabric weight, construction and finishing, and turn that into a written spec both sides agree on before anything is cut.
We draft patterns from your measurements, Fit replication, pattern cutting and size grading are included as standard, so the fit you approve on the sample is the fit you get across the whole size run.
Matched to your spec and your budget, Fabric is sourced or produced per order against your composition, weight, handfeel and durability requirements, so you are not restricted to a stock list.
See it and hold it before bulk
Every order includes a full prototype to review and approve, and you can adjust the design before bulk begins. Nothing goes into production until you have signed the sample off.
Once the sample is approved, that approved spec becomes the reference for every piece in the run. Minimum order is 500 pieces, and runs scale up from there on dedicated lines.
Garments are inspected at four checkpoints so problems are caught and corrected before they reach you, not after. Approved stock is then packed and shipped on a tracked international service, direct to you in the ID or anywhere we ship worldwide.

Being a genuinely reliable custom clothing manufacturer is less about any single order and more about the tenth one matching the first. That consistency, paired with factory-direct pricing and a low barrier to entry, is why founders and retail buyers alike tend to describe Balitee Studio as the best clothing manufacturer for startups they found willing to take a small order seriously — and then stay with us once that order grows.
